GED Enrollment & GED Exams
GED CERTIFICATE—The General Education Development Tests are a series of five tests designed to measure five major and lasting outcomes generally associated with high school. The areas tested correspond to the general organization of most high school curricula. Candidates are tested on broad concepts rather than details. Starting January 1, 2014, GEDTS will implement a new GED test series. Tests from the current series cannot be combined with tests from the new 2014 series for GED completion. All testing in the current GED test series must be completed by December 12, 2013. The enrollment date to begin the current series is October 29, 2013.
Before you can begin your GED testing, you will need to attend an enrollment session. Two to six enrollment sessions are offered each month. Please contact the Testing Center at (360) 383-3050 for dates and times.

- You need to provide a Washington state or federal issued photo ID at enrollment. Other forms of ID are not accepted.
