We will honor your achievement during WCC’s commencement ceremony.
Friday June 20, 6:30 pm in the Pavilion Gym.
Students who graduated in Summer 2013, Fall 2013, Winter 2014, and those who plan to graduate in Spring 2014 and Summer 2014 are eligible to participate.
Students are encouraged to update their contact information with Registration. Important emails will be sent out beginning in March. These emails will include a link to RSVP for commencement, as well as a link to order your cap & gown for the ceremony.
More information to come, stay tuned!
Click here to RSVP. The deadline to RSVP is May 9th. By clicking on the RSVP link to the left and logging in, and then clicking once on the red text, you are confirming your attendance to the commencement ceremony. After you have confirmed your RSVP, you will be redirected to the commencement web page. The link to order caps & gowns will be available soon. If you aren't graduating but would like to attend commencement, you do NOT need to RSVP. You simply need a ticket, which you can obtain from anyone who is graduating.
Each graduate will be given four tickets due to limited seating. These tickets will be picked up with the cap & gown on June 13th and June 17th. The caps & gowns can be picked up in Syre Student Center between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on the above mentioned dates. Picture I.D. is required. Your 4 tickets will be inside of your cap & gown package.
Guests, Announcements and Accomodations
Guests are required to have tickets (including children) to enter the Pavilion building where the ceremony will be held on June 20th. The majority of guests will be seated in the bleachers inside of the gym, which is located inside the Pavilion building. Guests withouttickets will be directed to a live video feed in Heiner Theater. Last year we received many positive comments from guests who watched the live video feed in Heiner Theater. Guests with children and those who want more comfortable seating and easy access to restrooms will appreciate Heiner Theater.
