Walk- In Advising Hours  

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays                       10:00am – 12:00pm    and     2:00pm – 4:00pm

Walk-in advising: Sign in at the front desk and be seated. Your advisor will call your name when it is your turn.

Thursdays and Fridays                                            no walk-ins,  advising by appointment only

For an advising appointment: Email your advisor (include your student ID) with a brief description of your question and your advisor will reply with an appointment time.

January 20th      New Students: Tuition due for Winter Quarter classes 


January 9th          Last day to register for a class without instructor approval/blue slip

January 13th         Last day to drop a class and receive 100% refund

January 26th         Last day to drop a class and receive 40% refund – after this date dropped classes are not refunded

WCC International Programs will communicate with students by email.  It’s very important to provide our office with an up-to-date email address and check email on a regular basis

 >>>> Health insurance  is required!
Please note: there will be an increase in the Lewer health insurance fee to $286.23 per quarter
All WCC international students are automatically enrolled in and billed for Lewer Health Insurance ($286.23 per quarter as of Fall 2014). If you purchased health insurance in your home country, you MUST provide the IP Office proof of the insurance before you register. We can then remove the WCC’s health insurance charge from your account.
