GED Announcement
The new 2012 series GED Tests will be released on January 1, 2012 (other non English-language editions will be released in 2013). The new 2012 Series GED Test will reflect the current curricular and academic standards for high school graduates.
All GED examinees are advised that scores earned on the current 2002 series can not be combined with those earned on the new 2012 Series GED Test. If examinees do not pass all five tests and earn the minimum total score on the 2002 series by December 31, 2011, they will need to take the entire 2012 Series test battery to receive their GED.
