ASSOCIATE IN ARTS AND SCIENCE

This degree is designed for students who plan to transfer to a four-year college/university and is generally accepted as fulfilling the General Education Requirements for most Washington State four-year schools. 

Whatcom's transfer degree ensures our students receive the liberal arts and sciences education that employers and universities feel are necessary in our rapidly changing world.

ASSOCIATE IN SCIENCE

This degree offers a common core with a variety of science majors.  The degree will be accepted at many 4-year public & private universities in the state of Washington (check with the university to which you are planning to transfer).  Students will transfer with junior standing, but will be required to complete additional GURs (General University Requirements) after transfer.
