Browser Requirements & Privacy
To ensure the privacy of your personal information, secure access to the web services on O.A.S.I.S. is required. You must be using a browser/platform that supports 128-bit encryption (cipher strength,) preferably Internet Explorer (required to pay online & update address, phone and email information) or Netscape Navigator. Some services require that cookies and Java Script be enabled. Note: If you are using a pop-up blocker, you must disable it to use many of the online resources.
When you access your student information on O.A.S.I.S., the web browser is storing information. To protect the confidentiality of your records, you must exit the browser when you are finished. Exiting will clear this information so the next person using the computer will not have access to it.
Tuition/Fees Deadlines
Payment is due by the close of business, 5pm in person or 10pm online.
If you miss the deadline, you will be dropped from your classes. It is your responsibility to monitor your wait list status and meet the tuition/fees deadline. See Wait List Procedures for details.
Confirm Your Schedule
It is your responsibility each quarter to print your schedule and verify that you are correctly enrolled. Verify that your class is listed with the correct item number, instructor, days and times. If you discover a problem, come to the Registration/Records Office immediately. It is much easier to correct errors at the beginning of the quarter! Note: Enrollments after the 10th day of the quarter will be assessed a $50 late enrollment fee.
If you have questions about your grades, please contact your instructors immediately. If you need an Official Transcript sent to another school or agency, select Forms from the O.A.S.I.S. menu above or stop by the Registration/Records Office in LDC 101 to complete an Official Transcript Request form.
If you have questions about obtaining transcripts, please don't hesitate to call us at
(360) 383.3030.
Have you moved or changed your phone number or email address?
It is important that we be able to contact you during the quarter. You can easily update your contact information online. Use Address/Phone/Email Change to update your contact information online.
Please note: The college is relying less on regular mail and more on email to communicate important information to you! Please keep your email address updated via O.A.S.I.S. and watch for important emails from us.
Confidentiality/Security of Your Student Records
You will need your student identification number (SID) and personal identification number (PIN) to access most of the online services. Your SID is a nine-digit number which identifies your student record and is assigned at the time you apply for admission. Your PIN is a temporary number, also assigned at the time you apply. You are notified of these assigned numbers in the enrollment packet you receive in the mail.
Change your PIN as soon as possible for greater security. We recommend you change your PIN every 6 months or anytime you feel security has been compromised. Updating your PIN for online registration and wait list inquiry is an overnight process. Continue to use your old PIN for these services until the following day.
When you access your student information on O.A.S.I.S., the web browser is storing information. To protect the confidentiality of your records, you must exit the browser when you are finished. Exiting will clear this information so the next person using the computer will not have access to it.
Questions?

What Students Are Saying About WCC
"Everyone at WCC goes out of their way to help. If you need career counseling, financial aid or tutoring in math or writing, it's amazing what resources are available. The campus even has a child care facility. There's really no reason to put off going back to school. It's a great experience."
