Expanded Summer Offerings!

Small classes, accelerated course and low tuition! Summer is the perfect time to get a jump start on your year at Whatcom or earn credits to transfer to most colleges and universities in Washington.

In response to increased demand, Whatcom Community College is offering three options to fit your schedule this summer:

• 8-Week Session: June 29th - August 21st
• 5-Week Session A: June 29th - July 30th
• 5-Week Session B: August 4th - September 3rd

Summer tuition is the same low rate for both in-state and out-of-state students. Many colleges will be raising tuition in the fall - take advantage of this great rate for summer:

• $78.10 per credit, each credit counting (see Tuition Summer 2009)

Current students will begin registering for summer May 26th. Students who applied for admission to the college by May 8th will begin registering June 3rd. General registration begins June 8th. See Summer Registration Calendar.

Current students - Your registration time will be between May 26 and June 1 and the specific date and time are based on the number of credits you have completed at Whatcom CC. Once you are able to register you can register through OASIS. Check my registration time.

Former students - If you applied to WCC by May 8th, your registration time was set to begin on June 2nd. Once you are able to register you can register through OASIS. Check my registration time.

New students - If you applied to WCC by May 8th, your registration time will begin on June 3rd or 4th. You should have received an email or letter notifying you of the exact date and time. Meet with an advisor in Laidlaw Center 118  prior to registering to build your schedule of classes. You will register at the Registration window in the Laidlaw Center 102. (campus map)

General Registration - starting on June 8th registration is open to all students. You must first apply for admission to the college. If you have not done so already, learn how.
