Our Donors & Partners
Donors and community partners are a crucial link in providing WCC students with the opportunity to turn their educational dreams into reality. Whether funding scholarships and college initiatives or contributing in-kind gifts, our donors and community partners make it possible for WCC to continue to provide access to high-quality education for everyone.
The Foundation hosts events throughout the year to help supporters learn more about the College, meet students, faculty and staff, and become more involved in the WCC community. Please feel free to join us!

Community Partners
All of our community partners are greatly appreciated by the Foundation and the College. Through these partnerships, the Foundation has been able to assist the College in achieving great things, such as:
St. Luke's Foundation
From funding new equipment to providing nursing scholarships, the St. Luke's Foundation has been an instrumental partner in developing Whatcom's Nursing Program. SLF has awarded $10,500 in scholarships for the 2009-2010 school year and has awarded nearly 100 scholarships totaling more than $200,000 since the partnership began in 1993.
Sterling Life Insurance
Sterling Life Insurancerecently gifted office furniture to WCC, which will be used to improve the design and functionality of the Learning Center and Math Lab for students, as well as several other key areas on campus. Sterling's contribution was valued at almost $19,000.
The Woods Coffee
The Woods Coffee has also teamed up with the WCC Foundation to support Whatcom students. A portion of the sales of its new "Orca Blend" will help fund WCC scholarships.
Spice Hut
In addition, the Spice Hut has launched the "Orca Tea Blend" and "Orca Spice Pack" to help support student scholarships.
