Director of Advising and Career Services
Entry Advising LDC 116
I look forward to assisting you in your advising and/or financial aid process whether it be in assisting you in your academic planning or educating you on resources to fund your coursework at WCC. I work closely with students in planning appropriate course selection in program completion, academic success plans, Reinstatement Petitions and/or Excess Credit Petitions, scholarship assistance and referrals to others on campus or off campus community resources. There will also be times that I will refer students to other specialty advisors in Entry & Advising due to different advisors having expertise in certain advising areas. Also, as the Director for Advising and Career Services I want all students to know that students need not only good advising, but student survival jobs and/or career positions as they prepare to graduate from Whatcom. Our Career Center Team of staff is available to serve you. Please contact Entry & Advising for hours that a staff member is available to assist you.
The Career Center provides services in resume writing, career and educational advising, career exploration, resources, and job postings within Whatcom County, as well as throughout Washington state.
