Reduced Business Service Hours Due to State Budget Cuts

Due to state budget reductions, Whatcom Community College is reducing its business service hours, which includes Financial Aid, Registration, Entry and Advising, and the Business Office/Cashier Window.  New hours will be:

Monday-Thursday from 10am to 5pm -- Closed on Fridays.

Students - Verify Your Email Address

The College's official communication method with enrolled students is email. It is critical that each student verify that the email address currently on record with Whatcom Community College is accurate, as all information contained in messages sent by the College are the responsibility of the intended recipient. Students can verify their email address through OASIS.

 

Scholarships Available

Opportunity Grant Scholarships are still available for eligible students.  See you if qualify and apply now for tuition assistance of up to 45 credits and $1,000 in books and supplies.

Whatcom Community College, established in 1967, has been accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities since 1976.

WCC Basketball:
The Orca Men's Basketball team defeated #1 ranked Bellevue College on Monday, January 23rd with 5 student athletes in double figures and 2 student athletes with double doubles. It was a remarkable accomplishment, as the Orcas remain undefeated in divisional competition.

Both the Men's and Women's teams have Wednesday evening off. On Saturday, they will take the court against Seattle CC in Seattle. Women start at 4pm and the Men start at 6pm.
