The winter sports season has come to an end, and Whatcom's Men's and Women's Basketball teams have been recognized for their standout performances by the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC).
In just his first year as WCC men’s basketball head coach, David Dunham has been recognized as NWAACC Northern Region Coach of the Year, and for the first time in College history, both a WCC men’s and women’s basketball player clinched the NWAACC Northern Region MVP in the same year.
